Prosjektet sikter på å skape sentrumsnære boliger for eldre som fremmer aktivitet. Ved å designe et attraktivt sted for nærmiljøet, kan naboskap og relasjoner på tvers av generasjoner oppstå. Arkitekturen skal danne rammene for en bolig du kan leve hele alderdommen og eldes i. Boligene må tilpasses alderdommens ulike utfordringer, en livs- løpbolig fra pensjonsalder til utløpsdato. Best før, men ikke dårlig etter.
